先預熱，導熱油爐回油溫度不低于200℃，等預熱30分鐘后，再逐漸開啟熱交換器進、回油閥門，勤觀察油爐進、回油溫度的降低，及時調整進回油閥門，逐漸升壓到3.5kg壓力達到3.5后，應勤觀察換熱器壓力表讀數的變化，應盡量保持3.5kg壓力，根據讀數變化及時調整進、回油閥門。
但壓力嚴禁超過4kg，嚴格避免造成人身傷害事故 加溫完成(配料崗位應及時通知)，不得關閉熱交換器閥門，應開啟進、回油閥門1—2絲進行預熱，盡量保持1kg壓力避免加溫時進、回油溫度降幅過大，影響車間車間生產設備正常運行。
